If you’re shipping a product, it depends when the product arrives, but once it does you can expect your UGC to be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

Yes! Our 50 Influencers package gives you 10 additional influencers.

Since you’re more familiar with your brand, you’d need to tell us about your product so our influencers can create an organic UGC!

Yes! Please know that shipping your product can delay the delivery time since we will be waiting on the product to arrive before we can begin creating your UGC, but if you are just needing a testimonial video without your product you can expect 1-2 weeks or less.

Since you will be providing us your product detail we are not able to re-film.

Creative asset(s) production, photography and editing require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the CLIENT, then all monies paid will be retained by DropShipMedia and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.

CLIENT has up to 90 days to fulfill their order by sending their product to DropShipMedia. After the 90-day period is up, the original price of their purchase may be credited to their account for purchase of another package and may be subject to pay the difference due to price increase.
